Fly Away With Me
Butterflies = Spring
I flew away on Spring Break last week. Nice break and a great time spent with family.
Have you seen this awesome Etsy shop called Bugs Under Glass? Butterflies are craftily displayed by a professional biologist. Check out his beautiful work.
This sent me on a butterfly hunt.
Love the statement these make.
The Graphics Fairy has some pretty vintage prints that would look nice in a frame.
I'd love to set the Easter table like this.
Or maybe one of these and work a butterfly in here and there...

These butterflies remind me of my late aunt. She absolutely loved them and displayed pictures of them all over her house. Thanks for jogging my memories of her!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this Tammy. The butterflys are just beautiful....As if i dont have enuff spring fever, lol. I saw catapillers yesterday, at the entrance to the garage door, so i was already thinking about butterflies, weird, lol. Beautiul inspirations for the Easter table. Have a great Monday...........Bonnie
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, what lovely eye candy! I took a photo years ago of a butterly sitting on top of a flower in our backyard. I have to find it. I loved the colors, a yellow butterfly on a purple flower!

My daughter has always loved butterflies. They're so fragile and fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI do love butterflies! Nice to see them done tastefully. I have one in my summer wreath. They don't have to be the big plastic kind stuck on a house! LOL
ReplyDeleteI just bought a cool butterfly collage last week and a Easter tablecloth as well....I must be feeling your vibe, honey!!!!!

Each picture was nicer than the last! And I'm a lover of butterflies as well.
ReplyDeleteHey Tammy...welcome back! I'm glad you had a good time on your vacation. Our spring break is next week and it can't come soon enough! We have had to extend our school days by an hour to make up for all the snow days we had...the kids are coping better than the teachers! Thanks for your sweet comment about my blog...but the look is unintentional. Last week something happened and I lost my background and some other graphics Marina had installed. I was so irritated...I have fixed some of it but there is a lot I don't know how to do. I have emailed Marina a few times but I'm not getting a reply. It will have to stay like it is until she can fix it. Did she reply quickly when you two were working on your WV button? Oh and by the way...I love this post on butterflies! Glad you're back. ~Ann
