Which Door?

Via
Pretty doors beckon you to enter.

Last week was busy and crazy at our house. My little man was injured on the playground and required stitches. It's on the chin so it's been hard for him to even eat. He's doing better today. In addition to taking care of him, I cleaned out 3 closets and reorganized my pantry.  Guess I was saving it for now.

Waiting to see which door was going to open. Now I can dream about my new front door. I've always wanted a vivid color but couldn't due to HOA restrictions.  Maybe we can at our next place.
Time for a little "Dream with B" post. Here's a collection of some favorites.  All of these can be found on my Pinterest door board.  Follow me on Pinterest and I'll follow you back!

The blues.

Two of my favorite blogging friends have blue doors. I've always loved Sonya's turquoise door. You can check out her tutorial here.
And Ann has a navy blue one. It is stunning! The perfect shade for an exterior.  You can read about it here.

The greens.

The yellows.

The reds and pinks.

And in honor of Valentine's.

I think it really depends on the color of the house... but just from the pics....the navy door looked stunning...and those soft greens were lovely!

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a nice comment about my new dining room! I'm excited! :0)

Oh, what fun! I loved seeing all these doors. Thanks so much, Tammy, for featuring my front door! I'm still loving it but now you're making me think how fun another color would be!

Before selling our home last spring, we freshened the door up with a greenish colour and it looked soooo much better! What a difference a beautiful door can make =)

This post is for me! I adore doors! Whenever we go on vacation all I do is take pictures of doors. I hope you get the door of your choice at your next place, mine is currently navy but thinking about going red, I think it would look nice with the gray brick.

I am so sorry about your little one, hopefully he is feeling better soon. I had stitches three different times on my chin. :)
Love these doors and as soon as it warms up that is on my list of to-do's, I really want a blue door.

Well the door color has to fit the house of course, but for some reason you just seem like you should have a blue door~so if its cottagey paint it soft blue and if its formal and grand paint it dark dark navy!!

I love the valentine door.. Of course, I am so old fashioned.. grin..
I have wanted our double doors painted black for 2 years now..
By the time it happens I will need to choose another color...

Love the Navy and the softer yellow door. They are all beautiful.

Very cool! I love all of them, but especially the red ones. That is one place the red belongs, I think.
Great images, all of them!

I would go with the yellow door (although the turquoise and the pale blue are tough competitors!). Yellow is sunny, happy, optimistic and it looks great on a dull grey winter day:)

Gorgeous collection Tammy, guess you'll know when you see your new house what color the door is meant to be, at least you'll have lots of inspiration to choose from. That turquoise door is stunning! Hope your littley is doing better, poor guy!

Thanks for a lovely collection of doors -- I've become a follower on Pinterest because your boards contain so much lovely inspiration.

As a mother of 3 grown sons, there seemed to be lots of bumps & scary stitches but we all pulled through. ;-)

So many pretty doors...Hard to even pick a favorite. The front door is so important because it's often the first impression someone has. I pinned that bright pink one...I love it on white brick....but doubt I'll ever really have a pink front door.

I love a painted door. And that you can change the color! But I am surprised how many natural wood doors I am seeing crop up here and there. Pretty but not as bright and cheery.

OH, I love them all! Seriously, how do you even choose? My door is actually metal, but stained to look like wood. I keep threatening to paint it some sort of shocking color. Thanks for the inspiration:-) xo

I can't really say which door is the nicest because I love them all. A nice door really makes a house shine.
