Don't know if I'd be comfortable with a human target hanging in my living room, but imagine the conversations that take place here.
Speaking of conversations, we had a lot of them this past weekend during our trip to Savannah. We spent time with friends and enjoyed it so much. Our plans are to return in a few weeks to take in the blooms of early Spring and hit all our favorite spots.
Thanks for all your kind comments while I was away.
Happy Trails!

Yes, that is a fabulously unique space, but I couldn't live with a human target. ;-)
have a great day!

Looks like you had a beautiful weekend! I think I would call that top room " man cave chic" , if here could be such a thing!
Thats an interesting room...yikes! Hubs is a cop, so that might feel like he is at work with the target there, they use these at the range to practice their shooting. That would never be found in our house..but I like the sofa and the pillows!!
Definitely couldn't live with a shooting range target in the home. Creepy. Makes me wonder about the psyche of the owner of the space. Like the rest of the decor, though. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous!! I have never been to Savannah, but we are in the process of planning a trip!! I can't wait!! Your photos are stunning!

Tammy, so glad that you have a wonderful weekend in Savannah! I cannot wait until the azaleas "pop" here and it should not be too long. The bradford pear trees are in full bloom.

There is something about that arrangement that I really like. I'm not sure why! It's rather masculine yet it has all the furry texture in the pillows and sofa. As long as the target doesn't have bullet holes in it!
Hello sweet B,
I think I could stand a room with a deer head in it, perhaps even a moose head with rack, but definitely not a human target. That goes too much against the grain, its macabre even. Lovely room, but poor choice of wall decor.
Glad you had a good time in Savannah, I've heard a lot about the beauty of Savannah, but I've never had a chance to go there.
Love and Hugs, Cindy
Wow! The colors of Savannah are gorgeous. Have to say the human target wouldn't be welcome in my home. LOL
Have a great day! ~ Sarah
A human target in the room is just too edgy for me... thanks for the GORGEOUS photos of Savannah. Also, thanks for your sweet comment. I love your style and grace.

What beautiful azaleas....can't wait for them to bloom here!!! Glad you had a good trip!!!
My husband would probably like the target decor, but I don't know if I'd hang one on the wall! Savannah looks wonderful!
Tammy love the room not sure about the target!
I have ALWAYS wanted to visit Savannah!
I have an Artful Offering and great interview on my site. You will love it!

So gorgeous!
That is gorgeous room. I even like the target, the way its done kinda elevates to art and it loses the violent association...in my mind anyway.
That IS a very interesting living room...and somehow it all works! I agree on the target thing.
So glad you had fun in Savannah...I've only been there once but it was lovely!
Thank you SO much, those flowers are gorgeous. I so needed that! We are just cleaning up after our 2nd snow storm of THIS week! Welcome to New Brunswick (Canada) (Ha!Ha!). As for the human target, well, isn't that interesting. Actually, when we were house hunting before buying the house we live in now, we were in one house that had a small, I guess it would be office, in their basement, with a deadbolt on the door. Let's just say, with the setup they had, it didn't give my husband, our real estate agent, or me, the warm fuzzies, if you know what I mean. It was just a little creepy.
And I'm glad you had a nice getaway with friends.
The last photo is gorgeous! Love all that pink colour!!
We LOVED Savannah. I want to go back!!!

Lovley pictures, thanks for sharing:)
Don and I have been to Savannah a few times and just love it. Beautiful scenery. I wouldn't care to have a target on the wall but it is interesting.
Tammy the photos are amazing! Love those trees.
You are quite welcome for the feature. It's always great to visit new blogs and meet friends.
Warmly, ~Melissa :)
Interesting photo's and comments! So many could not live with that photo of the human target..with no bullet holes (from what I can see,not sure..) but no one cared about the animal who also became a target, that was hanging on the wall. I love it!
That last picture was breathtaking beautiful...
~Sincerely,
Shirley
lol! I think the boys would find it funny while we girls would be a little weirded out by it!!!
By the way, that last photo, where is that from? is that Savannah?
I think that place looks so fairy like!!! LOVE IT:)
hugs

Happy to hear you had a nice trip. I'm loving that last photo. Oh my... that's just breathtaking.
Not sure I'll ever join the hanging "game" on my wall bandwagon. I do like eclectic mix of black and white in this room! Very unique!
Have a great night! xx
Oh gosh, no human target please, ha! I am so wanting to visit Savannah! We just haven't made it yet.
Hugs,
Jacalyn
What beautiful blossoms. Love the colors. I don't know if I could have a human target on my wall either, but your right it would make a good conversation piece.
Yes, I think I'd forgo the target. Love the flowers. What a beautiful place.
Hugs,

Love these gorgeous photos and such wondrous colors! Bless you!
You know, I like the room and in my younger days I could see thinking it was cool to throw darts at the human target, but now I am just thinking it's on the verge on politcally incorrect. Maybe if they had a pheasant or deer target up there. Glad you had fun in Savannah!
Hey, Mz. Beat, you definitely deserve the Stylish Blogger Award I'm passing along to you this morning!
Well, the target would be interesting...my boys would actually use it in the living room...with their airsoft guns hopefully!
Oh, the the pics of Savannah is so nice!
Love all of the beautiful photos. Such vibrant colors! Having spring fever over here.
